Beast chicken is made with a variety of spices mixed with a generous amount of butter, yogurt and cream which gives it a characterstic smooth flavor. Tandoori chicken is basically marinated pieces of chicken roasted over coal or in a tandoor. These chicken dishes are usually accompanied by naan or rumali roti which are forms of Indian bread.

Spice Stuffed Chicken Breast (Masala Bharay Chicken Breast)
Ingredients
Chicken Breast ½ kg (boneless)
Salt to taste
Papaya paste 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Green chilies 2 (finely chopped)
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Fresh coriander 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Yogurt 250 gm
Cumin 1 tsp (ground)
All spice powder ¼ tsp
Black pepper ¼ tsp (ground)
Red food color few drops
Tomato paste 3 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Clarified butter 2 tbsp
Butter 1 tbsp
Cooking Directions
Firstly cut chicken breast from the middle and split it like a book.
Hammer it to flat it.
Now marinate it with salt and papaya paste for a while.
In a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, green chilies, lemon juice, fresh coriander and yogurt in it and mix together.
Also add cumin, salt, all spice powder, black pepper, red food color, tomato paste, coriander powder and red chili powder in it and mix them all properly.
Now marinate chicken in the yogurt paste and also apply the mixture inside the chicken and seal it.
Grease the baking tray with clarified butter and place chicken on it.
Also brush clarified butter on the chicken.
Place the tray in pre-heated oven for 15 to 20 minutes to bake.
When chicken is well baked, take it out of oven and brushed butter on it and serve.

Schezwan Fried Chicken Breast Recipie

Ingredients
Chicken breast boneless 400 gm (2 pieces)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Egg 2
Bread crumbs 200 gm
Corn flour ¼ cup
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying

Cooking Directions
Take boneless chicken breast and cut into 2 pieces.
Make slits on the chicken with a sharp knife.
Marinate with salt & pepper, ginger garlic paste and soya sauce, leave for 12 to 15 minutes.
Beat eggs in a bowl.
Take bread crumbs on a flat plate or a tray and mix it with ¼ cup of corn flour.
Dip the chicken pieces in the egg and fold them onto the crunch.
Leave for a couple of minutes to dry.
Heat oil in a hot wok, put the marinated crunched chicken into oil and fry till it gets golden brown and cut into thick slices.
Schezwan fried chicken is ready to serve.

In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over moderately high heat until foam begins to subside, add the chicken, patted dry, skin side down, without crowding, and saute, turning, until it is golden.
Lemon-Baked Chicken Breasts Recipie
Ingredients
Unsalted butter 1 tbsp
Olive oil 1 tbsp
Whole chicken breast each about 300 gms 2
Vinegar 1 cup
Dried thyme, crumbled 1/2 tsp
Fresh lemon juice 2 tbsps

Cooking Directions

In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over moderately high heat until foam begins to subside, add the chicken, patted dry, skin side down, without crowding, and saute, turning, until it is golden.
Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and pour off excess fat in the skillet.
Add the vinegar and thyme to the skillet.
Bring the liquid to a boil, scraping up the brown bits, and pour the pan juices over the chicken.
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, sprinkle with the lemon juice, bake it in the lower third of a preheated  400F oven for 30 minutes.
