Ingredients:

Rolls pati 6 sheets
Chicken mince ½ cup
Salt ½ tsp
Green onion 3
Cabbage half
Garlic as required
Oil for fry
Egg 1
All purpose flour ½ cup
For Dip Sauce:
Garlic 1 tbsp
Oil 3 tbsp
Oyster sauce ½ cup
Sugar 1 tbsp
Water 1, ½ cup
Corn flour 1, ½ tbsp
Salt 1 pinch

Cooking Directions:

Heat oil in the pan and fry garlic.
Then add chicken and fry for five minutes on high flame.
Then add salt, cabbage and onion and cook further for 2 to 3 minutes.
Now put flour and egg in bowl and mix well to form a sticky paste.
Then apply paste on the edges of roll sheets.
Now fill chicken wonton mixture in the roll sheets and seal extracting all the air out.
Now deep fry the wontons.
Tasty fried chicken wonton is ready to serve.
For Dip Sauce: Heat oil in the pan and fry garlic.
Now add oyster sauce, salt, sugar and water and boil for three minutes.
Then add corn flour and simmer it till thick.
Pour in a serving bowl, sauce is ready.

Green chilli 6 (cut into long)
Paprika powder 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt ½ tsp
All spice powder 1 tsp
For Sauce:
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Honey 4 tbsp
Chilli garlic sauce 4 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp

Cooking Directions:

For sauce: Take a bowl put all ingredients for sauce, mix well sauce is ready.
Heat oil in a pan.
Mix salt in Chicken then fry it on high flame.
Now add onion fry it 2 minutes more on high flame.
Then add green chilli and ginger, mix well.
Then add sauce, paprika powder, black pepper, all spices powder and little salt, stir 2 minutes then remove from stove.
Dish out in serving dish, garnish with ginger .
